As my service design research uncovered challenges in onboarding and enterprise client data governance, I led the end-to-end product design for a Client Data Governance Platform to address these issues. This solution seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, Google Docs, and other document systems, allowing teams to collect, track, and monitor client data throughout the service lifecycle. By structuring client data efficiently, the platform empowered service teams, automated key technologies for job setup, hiring workflow configuration, service quality measurement, and client health assessment, and minimized manual effort. Through a clear vision, iterative MVP development, and continuous enhancements, this platform significantly improved operational efficiency, ensured data integrity, and elevated service quality for enterprise clients. More importantly, it laid the foundation for our on-going effort with AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and decision-support tools as the business moves toward a more intelligent recruiting service.

This solution streamlined operations, reduced manual dependencies, and enhanced scalability, actively automating the hiring process for millions of Jobseekers. The project not only improved recruiter efficiency but also influenced strategic directions for other core Indeed products, shaping innovation roadmaps for FY 2024-2025.
